I was able to arrive at Gold Bluff Beach early on a Saturday morning (I was the first person in) and arrived before sunrise so that I could encounter Fern Canyon at sunrise, which is always a beautiful event.
After the sun came up I hit a trail that goes North bound at Fern Canyon and follow the bluffs edge, on the beach side. I came across two very beautiful waterfalls.
The first waterfall was at a location called "Liermann Family Grove" and while it was totally flooded out there was a bench there to sit on.
After checking out the waterfalls I headed North again and eventually the trail was so flooded that there was just no way around it.
I walked through about 500-800 feet of this water and eventually it was so cold I just had to bail out and try to get my legs warmed up.
So while I was sitting having some lunch I decided to shoot a video and take some more photographs. I hope you enjoy them!

On the way out I decided to hike the beach (which I rarely do as I do not enjoy beach hiking) but ended up taking a couple of pictures and another video (of me being stupid.)
