Shipping Policy
When placing your order, we want to make sure everything goes off without a hitch. That starts with confirming your shipping details at checkout—it's a small step that helps avoid delays or extra fees if rerouting becomes necessary.
While shipping rates may vary from time to time, rest assured you’ll always see the final cost before completing your purchase. Behind the scenes, we’ll select the most reliable carrier and method to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently.
As for delivery timing, we know life (and weather) can throw curveballs. If anything unexpected comes up, we’ll do our best to keep things moving and keep you informed.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details by email so you can follow its journey. For freight shipments, carriers typically call ahead to schedule delivery—but occasionally, they may call while en route and coordinate final steps in delivery— with you.
If you're not available when the delivery arrives, no worries — just let the carrier know and you can reschedule.
However, if no prior arrangements are made, re-delivery or storage fees may apply. Anyone at your delivery address is considered authorized to accept the shipment, so feel free to delegate if needed.
To help you stay in the loop, you can track your freight shipment via https://schneider.com/track, smaller items will ship ground will be assigned a FedEx tracking number that will be shared in your confirmation email.
Curbside Delivery
Per our arrangements with our carrier,“Curbside delivery” means that it will be delivered at the end of your driveway or to the curbside of your residence. For liability reasons, our carriers cannot enter your backyard or provide any assistance with product setup.
Returns & Refunds

If your product is defective or unsatisfactory (but not damaged in shipping), email us at support@redwoodoutdoors.com within 30 days of delivery.

Returns must be disassembled, placed on a pallet, and shipped back. We may ask for photos or request the item be returned before issuing a credit or refund.

Returns without prior written approval can’t be accepted.

If approved, we’ll issue a full or partial credit/refund (minus shipping/handling and any applicable costs).

Products that don’t meet return conditions won’t be eligible for credit or refund.
