Terms and Conditions
All giveaway content must comply with FTC disclosure requirements. The following Terms & Conditions apply to this giveaway and must be referenced in content where required.
Sponsor. This giveaway is sponsored by Redwood Outdoors.
Eligibility. Open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) who are 18 years of age or older and are homeowners at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
Giveaway Period. The giveaway begins on July 20, 2026 and ends on July 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT. Entries submitted after the closing time will not be eligible.
How to Enter. No purchase necessary. To enter, follow @chelseasyoga and @RedwoodOutdoorsco on Instagram, like the giveaway post, enter your email. Entries generated by bots, scripts, or other automated means are void.
Winner Selection and Notification. One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will occur on or about August 3, 2026, and will be conducted by Redwood Outdoors or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The winner will be notified via email address provided at entry. If a potential winner does not respond within five (5) business days of notification, or if the message is returned as undeliverable, an alternate winner may be selected at Redwood Outdoors' discretion. Redwood Outdoors will never request payment, gift cards, wire transfers, or financial account information as a condition of claiming a prize.
Prize. One (1) winner will receive one (1) Summit Sauna and one (1) KIP 6kW Heater. The winner may choose to upgrade to the heater at their own expense. No exchanges, substitutions, or cash equivalents will be offered. Prize is provided as described.
Build, Electrical & Installation Disclaimer. Any costs for assembly, electrical wiring, permitting, and setup by a licensed electrician are the responsibility of the winner and are not included as part of this giveaway. Redwood Outdoors is not liable for any costs associated with installation or setup.
Release and Privacy. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Redwood Outdoors, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from participation in this giveaway or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including but not limited to any injury, loss, or damage of any kind.
Information collected in connection with this giveaway is subject to Redwood Outdoors' Privacy Policy and applicable law. By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications from Redwood Outdoors. Consent to marketing communications is not required to enter or win, and participants may opt out at any time.
Platform Disclaimer. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, or any other social media platform. By entering, participants release each platform from any and all liability in connection with this giveaway.
General Conditions. Redwood Outdoors reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway at any time for any reason. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Terms & Conditions and the decisions of Redwood Outdoors, which are final and binding in all matters related to this giveaway.
