Feb 16th 2024We purchased the Extra-Wide Thermowood 6 person barrel sauna in December. Their staff was very helpful and addressed all of our questions and concerns promptly. The assembly instructions were easy to follow and my wife and I had no problem putting it together. The quality is excellent and everything was there. We optioned it with the larger heater. It is working perfectly and we use it nightly. We did look at local sauna dealers and found the pricing to be double what we paid for this sauna. Excellent value and we would recommend their products to our friends and family.
