Shipping General

Our saunas, hot tubs, and glamping tents are shipped in wooden crates. The crate will be delivered curbside to your property by one of Redwood Outdoors' freight partners. The crate is delivered by appointment and the carrier will contact you to arrange a time to accept delivery.

Accessory items (e.g., recliners, heaters, etc.) are either packed in cardboard or in wood crates depending on their size and fragility.

If purchased at the same time as the sauna/hot tub/glamping tent, accessory items are delivered together with the main product.

If purchased separately, accessory items will either be delivered with FedEx or a freight partner (depending on their size).

Shipping cost depends primarily on your location. Contact one of our product experts for a quote based on your delivery address.

Yes! You can come to our warehouse and pick up the order yourself. Our warehouse is in Tukwila WA.

You can also choose to pick the order up from a shipping depot near you.

If you would like to pick your order up either from our warehouse or from a shipping depot, please call one of our product experts to arrange the pickup.

Yes! We have shipped products to Alaska before.

Customers from Hawaii need to arrange their own freight. Most of our Hawaiian customers work with Dependable Hawaiian Express (DHX). We will give the customer the weight and dimensions of the goods and they can arrange a booking with DHX. DHX will pick up directly from our warehouse.
