Shipping & Delivery Overview

Once your order ships, you'll receive two tracking links to monitor its journey: one for transit to the local depot and another for final curbside delivery.
All freight orders include an “appointment required” service. Carriers will typically call ahead to schedule delivery, though some may call when already en route. If you’re unavailable at that time, you may reschedule—just note that missed deliveries without prior arrangement can result in extra fees.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen events. Shipping rates may vary over time, but you’ll always see the full cost before placing your order.
Any adult at the delivery address is considered authorized to accept the shipment.
We work with FedEx for all of our shipments. Saunas and Plunges are shipped in wooden crates. The delivery will be made curbside or at the end of the driveway. The crate is delivered by appointment and the carrier will contact you to arrange a time to accept delivery. Sauna accessories and Plunge accessories are shipped separately by FedEx Home Delivery and will arrive a couple of business days before or after you receive your Sauna or Plunge Tub.
The timeline of delivery after the crate has left the warehouse will vary based on geographical location. Generally, it will take 4-14 business days. If you purchase both the Sauna and Cold Plunge, we will ship them individually in different crates.
Sauna accessories and Plunge accessories are shipped separately by FedEx Home Delivery and will arrive a couple of business days before or after you receive your Sauna/Plunge Tub.

Do I have to be home to receive my order?
FedEx will contact you to set up an appointment to deliver you Sauna or Plunge Tub. If you ordered a chiller or heater a signature is required. FedEx will attempt delivery three times . If you are unable to be home to sign for your order, you may contact FedEx and have them hold your order until you are able to pick it up.
Can I pick the order up myself?
Yes! You can come to our warehouse in Kent, WA and pick up the order yourself.
You can also choose to pick the order up from a shipping depot near you.
If you would like to pick your order up either from our warehouse or from a shipping depot, please call one of our product experts to arrange the pickup.
Do you ship to Alaska?
Yes, we do ship to Alaska; however, customers must arrange their own freight forwarding service.
All purchases for Alaska delivery must be made directly through a sales representative, who will assist you in coordinating with your chosen forwarder. They will also provide you with the necessary shipping weight and dimensions. Please note that Washington state sales tax will apply to the purchase of the product when a freight forwarder is used.
