What does shipping look like?

Shipping & Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an automated email with a tracking number.

For sauna deliveries, our third party shipping company will be giving you a phone call to coordinate final delivery. Just a heads up in case you see a number that you do not recognize. (Another heads-up: Someone must be home to sign for it)

Other items —like heaters, rocks, and accessories — may ship separately and will typically be left at your doorstep.

Heaters also require a signature upon delivery, so make sure someone is available to receive them.

Delivery Details

Your sauna or cold plunge will be delivered curbside-right outside your residence.

For liability reasons, the shipping company cannot move it to your backyard, garage, or inside your home. If you need help relocating it after delivery, we recommend arranging assistance in advance.

Post-Delivery Checklist

Once your sauna arrives:

  • Lay out all the pieces in the area where you'll assemble it.
  • Compare what you received to the parts list in the manual to ensure everything is there.
  • If anything is missing or damaged, snap clear photos of the affected pieces and email them to support@redwoodoutdoors.com. Our team will help with troubleshooting or replacements.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost depends primarily on your location. Contact one of our product experts for a quote based on your delivery address.

Do I have to be home to receive my order?

Yes for sauna, cold plunge, and heater deliveries, signature is required at the time of delivery.

Can I pick the order up myself?

Yes! You can come to our warehouse in Kent, WA and pick up the order yourself.

You can also choose to pick the order up from a shipping depot near you.

If you would like to pick your order up either from our warehouse or from a shipping depot, please call one of our product experts to arrange the pickup.

Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?

Yes. While the shipping rates listed on our website apply only to the contiguous U.S., we can contract freight to Alaska or Hawaii using Schneider.

Please contact a Product Expert to request a custom quote. Once the rate is confirmed and approved, the shipment will be processed like any other order—but please note that delivery will take longer since the freight must travel by ocean vessel.
