Can two phones connect to the Alaskan All-In-One at the same time?

No, only one mobile device at a time can be connected to the Alaskan All-In-One.

Once my phone is connected, can I control the tub from anywhere remotely?

Yes, once your mobile device is paired with the Alaskan All-In-One, you can use the app from anywhere as long as your tub is still in range with the Wi-Fi and the signal is strong.

Does the tub have any power saving modes?

Economy Mode: You can set up to 2 specific time frames for the tub's heating/cooling system to turn on throughout the day, per 24 hour cycle. With this setting, water will continue to run through the system and freeze protection will automatically start if needed.

It can take multiple hours for a full tub to come to temp, so it's best to set your cycle times to be ~4-5 hours before your anticipated plunge time. If you plunge in the morning at 8am, set cycle time 1 to run from 4:30am-8:30am. Please note this time period may need to be adjusted due to factors like outside ambient temps.

On/Off Scheduling: You may also set your tub to turn on and off at scheduled times throughout the week to help save power. This function is available through the Alaskan's mobile app. This setting is helpful during months were freezing temps are not a risk.

What if I have issues connecting to Wi-Fi?

If you have a weak signal where your tub is located, a Wi-Fi extender may help.
