Once your order ships, you'll receive two tracking links to monitor its journey: one for transit to the local depot and another for final curbside delivery.
All freight orders include an “appointment required” service. Carriers will typically call ahead to schedule delivery, though some may call when already en route. If you’re unavailable at that time, you may reschedule—just note that missed deliveries without prior arrangement can result in extra fees.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen events. Shipping rates may vary over time, but you’ll always see the full cost before placing your order.

Can two phones connect to the Denali at the same time?
No, only one mobile device at a time can be connected to the Denali.
Once my phone is connected, can I control the tub from anywhere remotely?
Yes, once your mobile device is paired with the Denali, you can use the app from anywhere as long as your tub is still in range with the Wi-Fi and the signal is strong.
Does the tub have any power saving modes?
Yes, the tub has an Economy mode setting which allows you to set specific times for the heating/cooling functions to be running. You may also set your tub to turn on and off at scheduled times throughout the week to help save power with the Denali’s scheduling function in the mobile app.
What if I have issues connecting to Wi-Fi?
If you have a weak signal where your tub is located, a Wi-Fi extender may help.
