How to Use:
While your sauna is preheating, place 4 sauna infusion bags in a bucket and cover with ~1 gallon of warm water. Use one bag per liter of water. Allow it to steep for ~5 minutes. Pour the scented water over the hot stones to release the aroma with gentle steam. Save and dry the bags to use again if desired.
