Sauna Starter Kit

Underwhelmed. Not a lot of instruction or heads up on what you will need to get this delivered and put together. All instructions were just too all over the place. Should be collected and resources should be in 1 place.

Could have done a better job shipping. Received with broken parts. Had to order more parts to have reshipped. Parts coming from out of country have to go through customs takes longer.

They have too many products and they have a hard time keeping up with all the part numbers that fit each product.

They were responsive but this product looks way better on the site than in person. The idea of it being easy to put together in theory is great. But it’s not reality.

They need to do a much better job communicating to their customers ahead of delivery on all things that they need to know so that they are not underwhelmed when it arrives. Like: you have to buy weather proofed boxes for the control panel and the power box. You may receive broken parts, expect delays, give a detailed instruction manual for the Elctrical and videos from the manufacturer and specific product in an email weeks before the product arrives.

I feel like redwood spent a ton of money on making the shiny thing look great online but poor execution on delivery and support for putting this together.

Great in theory but not ideal.

I would not buy anything else from Redwood.
